Insert a wood stick into each banana half. Freeze the bananas and the candy bars for 30 minutes.
In a small heatproof bowl, microwave candy melts at 100% power for 30 seconds. Stir. Heat for another 30 seconds and stir until candy is completely melted and smooth.
Chop frozen candy bars into small pieces.
Line a quarter sheet pan or small plate with parchment paper.
Carefully coat frozen bananas in the melted chocolate and immediately sprinkle with the chopped candy bar of your choice.
Set coated bananas carefully on the plate and return to the freezer until firm - about 10 minutes.
Makes six chocolate covered bananas!
