Cut three avocados in half and remove large pit. Scoop out flesh of the avocados and place in the bowl of a food processor. Pulse until avocados are smooth.
In a large mixing bowl, place diced tomatoes, diced jalapeños, red onion and cilantro. Cut open and dice remaining avocados and add to the bowl. Mix together gently. Add garlic salt to taste.
Add smooth avocado and sour cream to the bowl and stir again until well combined.
Serve with your favorite tortilla chips!
