Ginger Persimmon Turmeric Tea

Combine everything in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.

Remove from heat and let cool for 5 minutes. Strain liquid through a fine mesh cheesecloth or coffee filters to remove fruit/spice mixture and any sediment.

Pour into cups and serve!

Additional sweetener can be added if desired.
