Here is a very basic small batch granola recipe that utilizes and highlights Soviia Agave Syrup I’m excited to share these with you today. It is the perfect compliment to plain yogurt, as ice-cream topping or eaten straight out of the container by the handful! Enjoy!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Line a small rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Set Aside.
In a medium bowl, toss the oats, cinnamon and salt.
In a small bowl, whisk the Agave Syrup, oil and extract until they form a smooth syrup. Combine the syrup with the oats and stir well, making sure there are no dry spots in the mixture.
Spread granola in an even layer on prepared baking pan and bake for 12 minutes. Remove from oven and stir well. Add nuts (if using) at this time, return to the oven, bake an additional 12 minutes or until everything is golden brown.
Remove from the oven and cool completely before storing or serving.
