Spiced Coffee Creamer

Are you one of those people who wait every year for their special drink to appear at the local coffee shop?  It’s Ok.  You’re not alone.  It’s not really Fall until you get your first Pumpkin Spice Latte.  It’s definitely not Christmas until the Gingerbread Latte’s arrive!  Well, if that’s you (or any of your family and friends)  I have good news! You can make this Spiced Coffee Creamer with it’s hints of nutmeg, ginger and cinnamon and enjoy that holiday flavor in your morning coffee all season long for much less than you’ll pay for that latte.  It’s true, the barista won’t make it for you and you may miss the lighthearted banter at the drive-thru window every morning, but you’ll have a lot more cash in your pocket.  I’ll leave it to you to decide.

This DIY Spiced Coffee Creamer goes together in moments with things you probably already have in your pantry and will be using in your holiday baking!  Can you guess the spices?
