Coconut Champagne Buttercream Frosting

A sophisticated and fun, flavored buttercream frosting, using Wilton TReatology flavor system! Use it as a filling for Whoopie Pies or your favorite layer cake!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup 1 stick unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 3 cups confectioners sugar sifted
  • 3 - 4 tablespoons whole milk
  • Wilton TReatology Flavor System using:
  • 8 drops Crisp Champagne Flavor
  • 6 drops Toasted Coconut Flavor

Instructions
 

  • In a stand mixer fitted with a whisk, mix together sugar and butter.
  • Mix on low speed until well blended and mixture looks crumbly.
  • Increase speed to medium and beat for another 3 minutes.
  • Add milk and Wilton TReatology flavor drops.
  • Continue to beat on medium speed for 1 minute more, adding more milk if needed to reach your desired spreading consistency.
