Coconut Champagne Buttercream Frosting
A sophisticated and fun, flavored buttercream frosting, using Wilton TReatology flavor system! Use it as a filling for Whoopie Pies or your favorite layer cake!
- 1/2 cup 1 stick unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 3 cups confectioners sugar sifted
- 3 - 4 tablespoons whole milk
- Wilton TReatology Flavor System using:
- 8 drops Crisp Champagne Flavor
- 6 drops Toasted Coconut Flavor
In a stand mixer fitted with a whisk, mix together sugar and butter.
Mix on low speed until well blended and mixture looks crumbly.
Increase speed to medium and beat for another 3 minutes.
Add milk and Wilton TReatology flavor drops.
Continue to beat on medium speed for 1 minute more, adding more milk if needed to reach your desired spreading consistency.
