Whew! It’s only the middle of July? We are already in the midst of a horrible heat wave. The rest of the summer is bound to be just as hot. Around here, it’s a running joke the local county fair in September means HOT temperatures and only after the Fair is over will things cool down. Sad, but true. That’s what happens when you live in Southern California. Summers are just hot. In fact, I think that’s the definition of summer, isn’t it? Hot temps, ice-cream, no school and BBQ’s!
