When things go wrong, and my world is topsy-turvy, sugar always goes right. This Chocolate Coffee Nut Bark came together beautifully on a day when life was not being beautiful.
My life may not always be rock-star fabulous, (Let’s face it, we all have bad days. Right?) but man, sugar and I are BFF’s in the kitchen. We go together like bacon and eggs, pizza and beer, peanut butter and jelly, or in this case, chocolate and coffee! I mean, c’mon! How can chocolate and coffee together NOT make you smile? Seems to work for me. Every.Single.Time. Of course, I’m an admitted coffee addict. If you follow me on Facebook, you already know that.
This simple recipe uses just a few precious ingredients, so splurge on the best you can afford. The end result will be more than worth it!
See if this Chocolate Coffee Nut Bark doesn’t make your life a little sweeter too!

Enjoy, my friends!
As the up and coming SEO guru / blogging coach wannabe that I am, I simply must say this to you, m’love… You have an underappreciated title for this chocolaty snack.
With coffee and pistachios in it (two of my three favorite food things), it’s clear that the appropriate title should be FOOD OF LOVE.
Everyone searches for that…. right???
Bless your heart, Becca! Thank you for looking out for me and our nutty readers out there. xoxo
I had the same idea as Sarah—great for hostess or holiday gifts!!
This would make a great gift!
That’s a great idea, Sarah! It would be a perfect hostess gift or to give away during the holidays. Just make sure to keep an extra piece for yourself. ;-)
