Hellooooo friends! Happy August! This weeks Dinner Divas Weekly Menu Plan is stellar.
I’m thrilled to be sharing with such a talented group of bloggers. So, who/what are the Dinner Divas? I’m glad you asked! Dinner Divas is a group of bloggers organized by Cheryl from Pooks Pantry and includes Jenni from Jenni Fields Pastry Chef Online, Erin from The Speckled Palate and Kirsten from Comfortably Domestic.
Here’s how it works: Every Friday morning, the Dinner Divas share a new menu for the week. It consists of 5 dinner options, plus 2 extra dishes, that could be a side dish, dessert, drink etc. The menu plans feature (mostly) healthy, seasonal foods that don’t take all day to prepare. (Thank goodness for that!) Getting a weekly menu every Friday morning gives you the chance to make your shopping list and get organized for the next week. Obviously, you can make what you wish or not. We’re just here to help with ideas and options. I can’t wait to get started!!
Let’s dig in together and see what delicious items are on the menu this week! From a Low Carb Lasagna with Cauliflower Noodles to a No Bake Lemon Mousse Tart that will blow you away, come see what I mean! Onward to Week 68!
DINNER DIVAS WEEKLY MENU PLAN
Let’s begin the week with my very own Pizza Quesadillas. Perfect for after school snacks or a fun and easy dinner the kids can help you make!
Check out the Pimento Cheese Potato Salad with Fried Chicken Tenders on Potato Biscuits! From Pooks Pantry, this potato salad gets a spicy makeover when it meets all the components for pimento or pimiento cheese. Paired with fried chicken tenders on a cheddar dill potato biscuit, it makes the perfect picnic lunch or a light and easy dinner.
Comfortably Domestic is sharing her Slow Cooker BBQ Pulled Pork recipe! This is an easy, delicious way to feed a crowd. These stick-to-your-ribs comfort food sandwiches with fresh cole slaw will have guests clamoring for more.
I love having new versions of old favorites and Pastry Chef Online is showing us how to make Low Carb Lasagna with Cauliflower Noodles! Don’t be intimidated, she’ll walk you through each step to create this mid-week masterpiece!
Bursting with flavor and summertime goodness, The Speckled Palate is sharing her Whole30 Taco Zucchini Boats! They are a dinner the whole family will adore! Hollow out fresh zucchini and fill with a ground beef-onion-zucchini-salsa filling before baking to perfection. Insanely flavorful with just the right amount of heat and a perfect way to use some of your extra garden zucchini!
Making BBQ sauce from scratch isn’t difficult at all! Make this Blueberry Bourbon BBQ Sauce from Pooks Pantry for your next summer get-together!
For something sweet to end the week, Comfortably Domestic has a beautiful No Bake LemonMousse Tart with a Pretzel Crust that is the perfect balance of sweet, salty, creamy and crunchy!
Have a wonderful weekend, friends! Until next time, live deliciously!
