Hi friends! This week has been both incredibly long and so quick, all at the same time. Have you ever had a week like that? I can’t believe it’s already Dinner Divas Week 92. This week is full of some wonderful dishes you’re sure to love.
Dinner Divas Weekly Menu Plan: Week 92
Monday starts off with Shepherd’s Pie from The Speckled Palate. Beef, onions, garlic, bell pepper, broccoli, peas and more cook together before topping with cheesy mashed potatoes. Baked until perfection for the ultimate wintertime comfort food and the perfect way to begin the week!
Skip the take-out menus and make my Kitchen Sink Quiche with a few eggs and whatever is leftover in produce drawer in your refrigerator. It’s a quick, light meal and doesn’t require anything additional, other than perhaps a nice glass of wine.
Roast Chicken and Vegetable Sheet Pan Supper from Pooks Pantry is roasted all together on one pan for a super easy dinner with minimal cleanup. Meals like this are a lifesaver during hectic evenings when you need to get dinner on the table without a lot of effort! Sounds like every Wednesday around here!
Comfortably Domestic is sharing a Prosciutto Broccolini Pizza proves that pizzeria-style brick oven pizza is easily made at home! The chewy, thin crust pizza dough brushed with garlic butter, then topping it salty prosciutto, earthy broccolini, sweet caramelized onions, and shaved Asiago cheese is a taste to behold.
This Polish Sausage with Apples, Onions and Butternut Squash from Pastry Chef Online is made with ingredients purchased at her local farmers market! Served with a side of homemade, buttery spaetzle, this is a meal you’ll want to make to keep you cozy on cold nights. This dish is made extra tasty because the ingredients are from local farmers, who really care about quality and taste!
The weekend is going to be extra sweet with this Tropical Coconut Bread from Pooks Pantry. Coconut always reminds me of vacation and this bread is like a slice of paradise on a plate. The loaf stays moist for days, which means you can enjoy it all weekend long. Fair warning, I may have to make two so I don’t have to share!
Oh man! I don’t want to share this Gluten Free Chocolate Fudge Cake from Comfortably Domestic either! Doesn’t it look divine? Ok, I’ll share both sweet recipes with you if you promise to bring coffee. What do you say? What a deliciously sweet way to wrap up the week!
There isn’t a single recipe this week that I won’t be trying in the very near future! Which one was your favorite this week? I’m already making a grocery list for the Shepherds Pie and the Polish Sausage! Share with me what you’ll be making in the comments below!
It’s so convenient to have new recipes right at your fingertips! I hope this weekly menu plan provides inspiration and makes life a little easier… one dish at a time!
