Dinner Divas Weekly Menu Plan: Week 93
This Instant Pot Cowboy Pinto Beans (Charro Beans) recipe from Jenni at Pastry Chef Online is seasoned with country ham hocks, chipotle, and cilantro! These Mexican-inspired charro beans will fill you up and make you so happy! What a delicious and wonderful way to start the week!
The classic Cajun Shrimp and Grits, from Erin at The Speckled Palate makes a flavorful meal that can serve the family, as well as party guests! Wild caught Gulf shrimp and andouille sausage are cooked to spicy-sweet perfection and when served atop creamy corn grits, it is comfort food at it’s very best!
Please find time to make my Classic French Onion Soup for yourself and those you love! It will be worth every bite, to warm your stomach and your hearts during this chilly winter season.
Chicken Noodle Soup is the epitome of the “cure all soup”. It is comforting and delicious, it reminds us of childhood, it is what we crave when we’re under the weather. Knowing how to make a good pot of soup from scratch is a good skill to have in your arsenal and Cheryl from Pooks Pantry shows us how to do it beautifully!
Kirsten from Comfortably Domestic is sharing these Meatball Hoagie Sub Sandwiches to kick start the weekend! Savory meatballs simmered in flavorful marinara sauce until tender, and then nested on a toasted sandwich roll and topped with smoky cheese? Hello Friday!!
Every time I read one of Jenni Fields Pastry Chef Online posts, I learn something new. This Traditional Red Velvet Cake with Ermine Frosting is no exception. What is ermine frosting, you ask? Click through to find out! Then invite me over for cake!
Now that the weekend is in full swing, grab your best friends and mix up a big batch of these decadent Skinny Chocolate-Covered Strawberry Martinis from The Speckled Palate! These dairy-free, sugar-free martinis are the perfect drink to serve at your next girls’ night or for Valentine’s Day or just for the heck of it! Why wait?
