Can you believe it’s February? How’s everything going? Is the weather freezing where you are, or are you somewhere warm and tropical? If it’s the latter, please send sunshine to the East Coast of the US, they need it. How about we bring some sunshine of our own to this party. The Week 94 Dinner Divas menu is here!
Dinner Divas Weekly Menu Plan: Week 94
It’s time for Brinner! You know, Breakfast for Dinner? One of my favorite dinner options is always Omelets! This Farmers Omelet from Comfortably Domestic wraps diced sweet red peppers, sweet onion, hash browns, Canadian bacon, and cheese in fluffy eggs for a hearty Brinner or Breakfast!
Wait a minute? Dip for Dinner? Umm… YES! You can’t tell me you’ve never had beer and appetizers and called it a meal. Besides, the education you get (along with the endless options of different ways to make this dip) from Pastry Chef Online makes this Spicy Chili Cheese Dip Recipe perfect for Tuesday. That’s my story and I’m sticking to it!
My grandma would have loved this recipe! She was a Kentucky girl through and through and The Speckled Palate made Sweet Tea Oven Fried Chicken! Crunchy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside with a bit of spice from the buttermilk mixture and a bit of sweet from the sweet tea brine. You heard me, Sweet Tea Brine! Y’all Grandma would have totally made this for Sunday Supper!
No one wants to cook on Thursday. It’s the day before Friday and everyone is looking forward to the weekend. You still have to get dinner on the table though. What to do? Instant Pot to the rescue. My Vegetable Bolognese is a quick, healthy meal the whole family will enjoy!
Pooks Pantry created this gorgeous Superfood Salad with Pomegranate that is not only packed with nutrient dense foods, it is also gluten-free and can be easily veganized by omitting the goat cheese. Now that makes for a delicious and healthy start to the weekend!
If sunshine had a flavor, it would be this cake! Not only does it fit in perfectly with citrus season going full swing in Southern California right now, it’s perfect for those of you experiencing the depths of cold in other regions! Clementine Cake from Pooks Pantry is made in the food processor and smells so bright and cheery, it’s the perfect winter pick me up.
Make a double batch of this Candied Maple Bacon It disappears very quickly! Comfortably Domestic takes thick cut bacon, then bakes it in the oven with maple syrup and brown sugar for a little sweetness with a crispy, salty, can’t get enough of it, crunch. I’m sold!
So what will you make this week? I’m all about that Chili Dip, Sweet Tea Chicken and Bacon. If you make anything, please be sure to tag us on social media using the hashtag #DinnerDivas. We’d love to see and share your creations! Or Pin this recipe collection to save it for later!
