Hi friends!! While I’m taking a brief hiatus from Dinner Divas due to my sons wedding and the new cookbook launching, my talented friends are still putting out delicious dishes every single week. Grilled Lamb Loin Chops from Pooks Pantry are a quick and easy dinner. They cook in about 12 minutes, which makes this recipe a winner for weeknight dinners. Most of us are looking for weeknight recipes that are delicious, low effort, quick and easy. This recipe checks all of those boxes.
Tuscan Crepes from Comfortably Domestic are tender, thin pancakes with a creamy ricotta filling and a rich, savory tomato sauce over the top. Oh so lovely with a glass of wine, a nice green salad and your best pajamas because it’s probably been a very long week!
