Hi friends! Welcome back to another delicious edition of DINNER DIVAS Weekly Menu Plan – Week 66! I am still so excited to be part of this group! These ladies are so talented!
So what is Dinner Divas? Let me explain how it works: Every Friday morning, a new menu plan will be delivered to your email. It consists of 5 dinner options, plus 2 extras. Those two extras could be side dishes, dessert, drinks, etc. The Dinner Divas weekly menu plans feature (mostly) healthy, seasonal foods that don’t take all day to prepare. Getting the weekly menu delivered to your inbox on Friday morning gives you the chance to make your shopping list and get organized for the week ahead. We’d love to hear from you & see your creations! Post a pic using #DinnerDivas on Instagram, Facebook or Twitter! Of course, don’t forget to pin your favorite recipes to keep them for later! We hope this weekly menu plan provides inspiration and makes life a little easier… one meal at a time. Ready to dive in? Let’s go!
DINNER DIVAS WEEKLY MENU PLAN
Thai turkey meatballs from Pooks Pantry are an easy weeknight dinner. This 30 minute meal is just the slightest bit spicy and full of flavor. Tender, juicy turkey meatballs flavored with green curry, ginger and garlic served with peanut sauce for a delicious meal to start the week.
Chicken Greek Salad from Comfortably Domestic rests tender chicken atop traditional ingredients like crisp greens, pickled beets, tomato, cucumber, olives, red onion, plenty of feta cheese, and a healthy drizzle of restaurant style Greek dressing! YUM!
Tuscany’s famed salad featuring leftover bread and juicy tomatoes in a bright and flavorful, garlicky vinaigrette. This summer Peach Tomato Panzanella from Pastry Chef Online is sure to be a HIT with your entire family! So light and delicious!
This vegetarian Greek Bruschetta from The Speckled Palate, can be made both dairy free and vegan-friendly. I think we should start eating this right now!
Packed with red onions, celery, cheese and Shishito peppers, then coated in a butter-hot sauce, you’ll love the full flavors of my Turkey Shisito Burgers. And since they are sliders, you can have two!
The Speckled Palate is sharing twice this week, and this time she brought dessert too with Chocolate-Covered Raspberry Cupcakes, complete with a raspberry chocolate cream cheese filling and a raspberry buttercream frosting! Sweet!!
Jenni from Pastry Chef Online is sharing again too, with this Spicy Smoked Pimento Cheese! It’s a southern classic, with a bit of a kick! I really need to make this!
And yet another lip-smacking week winds to a close! What recipe are you most looking forward to trying? I’m leaning toward the pimento cheese (since I’ve never made it before) and the Greek Bruschetta! YUM! I hope you continue to find delicious inspiration with these dishes!
See you next time!
