Salty bacon, creamy goat cheese and sweet spicy pepper jam make this Bacon Goat Cheese Burger from Pooks Pantry incredibly tasty. It is packed with flavor and who doesn’t love a really good burger for a long holiday weekend? This one is a definite winner!
I can tell we’re heading into Fall with this one! Comfortably Domestic is sharing a Rosemary Pesto Pork Roulade filled with fresh spinach, thinly sliced apples, and smoky Gouda cheese! Just look at those sliced succulent pinwheels… yum!
For a wonderful Wednesday, Jenni Field’s Pastry Chef Online is sharing her Smashed Reuben Burger with Smoky Russian Dressing! I want to do a face plant right into that plate! Isn’t that a gorgeous burger?
White and red quinoa serve as the star of this Summer Quinoa Salad from The Speckled Palate. Toss romaine, avocado, tomato, chicken breast and feta and drizzle on some of her homemade lemon vinaigrette. Ready in less than ten minutes, this salad makes a wonderful mid-week entree salad or an envy-inspiring work lunch!
Even though we’re at the end of “summer” on the calendar, that’s no reason not to have plenty of salads still on the menu. Try my Spicy Watermelon Salad with Avocado Tequila Dressing for a unique spin on dinner!
Pooks Pantry is giving us a sweet option for the weekend! Simple Vanilla Cupcakes with Strawberry Cream Cheese Frosting are perfect for any occasion – like Saturday. Made from scratch, with zero artificial coloring, this strawberry cream cheese frosting is the perfect complement to this easy vanilla cupcake!
Finally, the quintessential Sunday Brunch Treat – White Chocolate Raspberry Scones! These scones from Comfortably Domestic marry sweet, juicy raspberries with creamy chunks of white chocolate to make the most delightful treat for reconnecting over a lazy morning breakfast.
That’s it! What a week! Love this menu? Be sure to pin it to save for later!
