Hi friends! I’m back with the Dinner Divas for the month of December and thrilled to be bringing you more great recipe ideas to get you through this busy season!
For all our new followers, here’s how Dinner Divas works: Every Friday morning, a new menu plan will be posted. It will consist of 5 dinner options, plus 2 extras. Those two extras could be side dishes, dessert, drinks, etc. The Dinner Divas weekly menu plan is designed to feature quick and easy recipes and because it’s delivered Friday morning it gives you the chance to make your shopping list and get organized for the coming week! It’s so convenient to have new recipes right at your fingertips! I hope this weekly menu plan provides inspiration and makes life a little easier… one meal at a time.
This week we’ve got Nachos, Meatballs, Pizza, Pork Roast, a Southwestern Stir Fry and two delicious sweet options with biscotti and a gingerbread bundt cake that has “make me right now” written all over it! You’re going to love it! Let’s get straight to the deliciousness, shall we?
Dinner Divas Weekly Menu Plan: Week 86
Sheet Pan BBQ Chicken Nachos from The Speckled Palate makes a tasty weeknight dinner. Toss rotisserie chicken in barbecue sauce, layer nacho ingredients on top of tortilla chips and bake! Plus, one pan baking means one pan cleaning! Whether you’re making these to watch during the game, or just to have for a quick and easy meal, Sheet Pan BBQ Chicken Nachos are sure to please!
My love for the Instant Pot continues with another recipe I get to share with you from my new cookbook. This stroganoff has a kid friendly twist by using meatballs instead of the traditional flank steak. Instant Pot Meatball Stroganoff is a great way to create a mid-week meal for the whole family! Plus, it’s gluten-free!
Chestnut Stuffed Pork Loin Roast from Pooks Pantry is a delicious, showstopper of a dinner! This recipe is great for Sunday dinner with the family. It is also elegant enough for your holiday table or special occasions. Don’t let the rolled pork make you think it’s a difficult dish. The directions are easy to follow and you might be surprised at how simple it is to create such a stunning dinner!
For Thankful Thursday, Comfortably Domestic brings us her Southwest Steak Stir Fry! Tender beef with fresh vegetables and a blend of savory southwest inspired seasonings that eats like a burrito bowl. This is a fun dinner to whip together after a busy day at work!
Can we say YAY it’s Friday!! And Jenni Fields Pastry Chef Online has Grandmas Pizza Recipe with Vodka Sauce! If that doesn’t say Friday Dinner, I don’t know what does! Plus, you should never argue with Grandma over what she puts in her pizza sauce. Grandma knows best!
Of course, you must finish off the week with something sweet, so here are TWO delicious options. I suggest making both! You know, just to be safe.
Butter Pecan Biscotti with Chocolate Drizzle from Pooks Pantry.
Gingerbread Cake with Orange Cream Glaze from Comfortably Domestic
What a week! I’m getting hungry just reading through the list! I’d love to hear from you & see what you think! Which of these recipes are your favorite?
Wishing you all the most wonderful weekend and a glorious week ahead! Until next time friends, live life deliciously!
