Hi friends! I’m excited to share I will be back at the Orange County Fair again this summer for two amazing demos! Find me on the Culinary Stage on Friday, July, 19th at 5 p.m. and again on Wednesday, August 7th at 5 p.m. One of the recipes I’m using as inspiration is this Instant Pot Ratatouille. It’s the perfect vehicle for using all those delicious vegetables bursting from our gardens during the July and August. Making it in the Instant Pot means you won’t heat up the house as it cooks either. That’s always a plus in these sweltering summers.
The theme of the Fair this year is “Acres of Fun!” and during my demos we’ll be talking about how to use your Instant Pot. The Instant Pot is great for quick family dinners, summer BBQ’s, fabulous side dishes or simple appetizers to take to your next neighborhood pool party. See the above note about not heating up the house too!
I hope to see you at the OCFair and I hope you give this Instant Pot Ratatouille a try! It might just become one of your favorite dishes!
