Hello friends! I am slightly excited about these new agave syrups from Soviia Agave. A few weeks ago, I made a batch of homemade granola using just a few tablespoons of agave that I use over my favorite Instant Pot Greek Yogurt. That recipe was good, but it made too much. I’m the only one in my house who eats granola and I can’t go through it fast enough. Then, I started playing more with the Soviia syrups trying to create 1) a smaller batch size. See note above, cuz yeah, just me. And 2) a recipe using ALL agave syrup with lots of options and variations. Well guess what? Not only do I have a fabulous small batch basic granola recipe for you, I’ve got FOUR DIFFERENT variations, with plenty of opportunity to customize and create your very own signature granola blend. How sweet is that?
Here they are are on display just before my demo at the Orange County Fair. It was so much fun showing people how to make these delicious creations.
