Well, if that’s you (or any of your family and friends) I have good news! You can make this Spiced Coffee Creamer with it’s hints of nutmeg, ginger and cinnamon and enjoy that holiday flavor in your morning coffee all season long for much less than you’ll pay for that latte. It’s true, the barista won’t make it for you and you may miss the lighthearted banter at the drive-thru window every morning, but you’ll have a lot more cash in your pocket. Add a special teaspoon and some curling ribbon and it becomes a perfect gift or a fun stocking stuffer for Christmas morning! The recipe makes about one cup, but it’s very easy to double or triple for all your gift giving needs! The original recipe will fit perfectly in a half-pint canning jar so get creative and enjoy!
Spiced Coffee Creamer
Ingredients
- 4 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1 cup powdered non-dairy creamer I used CoffeeMate
Instructions
- Whisk all ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Pour into an airtight container or half-pint mason jar with lid.
- Use 1-2 teaspoons per cup of coffee
