Spicy Peach Salsa

A refreshing summer salsa with a little kick!

Ingredients
  

  • 5 cups diced ripe peaches
  • 2 TBLS finely diced jalapeno pepper
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper finely diced (any color)
  • 1/2 cup red onion finely diced
  • 2 TBLS cilantro
  • juice and zest of two limes
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 2 TBLS brown sugar
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, place all ingredients and mix well.
  2. Serve right away or cover and chill until ready to serve
